We do physical verification of factories and supplier locations, the cost of this service varies according to the location of the factories.

QUOTES
  • The quotes requested by email or social networks have a value of 100 USD, which must be canceled before starting the quote process.
  • This value is refunded when the purchase is effective, as long as the purchase exceeds 10,000 USD.

In case of requiring samples or additional, the transport costs will be assumed by the client

LOCAL SUPPORT
  • We create your travel budget.
  • We send an invitation letter to manage your visa process.
  • We coordinate your transfer from the airport to the hotel  (Cost assumed by the client).
  • We have agreements with different hotel chains to make your reservation during your stay in Asia with preferential rates.
  • We assign you a Spanish-Chinese and / or English-Chinese interpreter to accompany you throughout your stay  (for purchases over 10,000 USD this service is free) .
  • Advice from the  EXPO IMP team  in the negotiation and purchase process (procedures, legal advice, logistics, among others).

EXPO IMP INTERNATIONAL SOURCING fees are 5% of the total value of purchases over 10,000 USD. When purchases are below this amount, the commission is 500 USD plus the interpreter’s service 70USD per day.

All costs of travel, food, accomdation of the EXPO INC team will be assumed by the client. The costs vary according to the city destination.

LOGISTICS
  • RECEPTION: We receive the merchandise requested by the client in our specialized warehouses.
  • STORAGE: We will keep the merchandise in our warehouses to be dispatched later.
  • INSPECTION: We check the merchandise so that it meets the standards established by the company and the client.
  • DISPATCH:  We carry out the necessary documentation and dispatch the merchandise to the client’s country.
